Distribution of donated machines

Some kinda distribution network should be set up to deal with any large contributions of commuters we are given. A list of who may whant a computer or two, wheather we work on them and distribute in 4-8 networked and ready bundles for a donation to the transport costs, how we would do this, what vehicles do we have, cost of operation. etc
It would perhaps be useful to consider what spaces and projects exist, what they have, what they could do with and how (who) would maintain any equipement that was redistributed.
